About Me:: Ever since I was little, I've only been familiar with Genesis when I heard them on the radio. I became a Genesis fan when I saw them being honored on the 2007 VH1 Rock Honors Special. I've got some of their CDs (and a few LPs thanks to some shopping at the flea market!) and I've even purchased some of Phil and Peter's solo music. What else can I say? I'm TOTALLY addicted to Genesis!!!!

Lauren's Little Tribute Section

There's no doubt about it that I love ALL the guys from Genesis. But there is one member that I hold near and dear to my heart. I've heard his music since I was very little but didn't realize how much his music (um...and him) meant to me until recently. I think this video I found sums it up nicely.

P.S. DON'T LAUGH!!! I'M SERIOUS!!! :)

P.P.S. Speaking of "serious", my dad bought the "...But Seriously" album when I was a year old, and told me he used to remember me singing along to "Another Day in Paradise", especially the "Oh, think twice" chorus. I don't remember that. The horn section from "Something Happened on the Way to Heaven" stuck out in my mind for a long time before my dad recently found the album and I listened to it for the first time in a long time. So I've been listening to Phil for almost my entire life. No wonder I think he's so special! :D

A Strange Dream... and What it May Mean

Some people here on the GC site have had dreams about Genesis. I've never been that lucky, but a couple nights ago, I had a dream about Phil! It was pretty bizarre.
