Tony Smith likes Ning!

Good day everyone! In talking with Maria, she mentioned to me that in a recent meeting she had with Tony, she was showing him the Ning site here. Tony really liked it, especially the photos in people's avatars. It's a real way to feel closer and more connected with other fans. Just thought you'd like to know that... Mike/Zork

Good day everyone: Starting this week, if the FOTW on the Genesis-Music site is a member here, I will be making them a "featured" member in the "Members" page above. That's too many members in one sentence. I will now wait for the obilgatory "Huh huh, he said 'member' post." It will make me smile. Keep on enjoying the Ning. Zork/Mike

And there was much rejoicing...

It has happened! God asked for this Ning site to have 1000 members by 1 April 2008, and lo and behold, we passed that threshold on 29 March. Kudos to you all for joining, and for getting friends to join. I'm really glad to see this community take off the way it has. I know we'll be getting some cool stuff coming soon on here. I've set a photo as a blank avatar, but for some reason, it doesn't appear to be retroactive. I think it should set for all new members, until they upload their own avatar. I've been thinking and I came up with a few modest questions which I hope Your Divinity may provide the answer... :o)

1- How do I change my time settings?
2- If I join Genesis-Music like "today" (nevermind why I still haven't - still miss the YaBB days), will I still be able to lay my hands on the Fan's DVD?
3- Do you know already what stuff will be included on it?

Dear friend,
haven't had the time to send you a little thanks... Million thanks for this "fine moments" site. Well constructed, I discovered that, finaly, I could communicate passion with the world. Found some very interesting people who live very interesting lives and share very interesting passions.

Music, as far as I remember, has always been that unique link in sharing and understanding "others" as we say in french "partager". This little personal contribution makes me feel part of a large movement of kindness and creativity.
