I am BANNED from the Official GENESIS forum WHY?

I must bring this to your attention because I feel that although the Official Genesis website webmaster and the executive Maria Costa have been made aware of the recent news about my diagnosis they continue to appear discriminate against me and my disabilities.

Although I had my own suspicions it was confirmed by a medical professional that I have Asperger’s Syndrome and Developmental Dyspraxia.

I contacted the Webmaster Mike Lord and he ignored me because it suits his agenda of which I am not fully aware of to have me banned from the Official Genesis forum.

I then contacted a mutual friend whom contacted Mike Lord, Mike Lord’s response was that the mutual friend should not concern himself further but he should be assured that the matter would be dealt with.

This was over five weeks ago, and I have not received a response from either Mike Lord or Maria Costa.

Today I rejoined the Genesis forum and within three hours of me joining and having access to the full forums I was BANNED from them for no reason and no reason was stated, I was also not warned that this was going to happen.

Considering that the Official Genesis forum is a member’s only club I cannot be excluded or disallowed to join on the grounds that as it contains more than 25 members this would mean it would fall foul of breaching the Disability Discriminations act of 1995 and the revision of such an act which occurred in 2005.

Although my behaviour in the past meant that I did repeatedly break rules laid down to all members (only since Ultra star took over I hasten to add), I felt as though this became a personal vendetta against me by the current webmaster.

The reason I believe there is a personal vendetta is because I was never aware of any punishment that was metered out to any of the other persons whom at time goaded me into giving a loaded response’s that would trigger me to break the rules of the forum it felt quite one sided

So I ask any of you this,

Am I banned from the Official Genesis forum because I am a difficult customer due to my Disabilities?

OR

Am I banned because of a personal issue that the current webmaster has with me?

I also have Aspergers as well. I'm shocked they'd treat you like this. I'm liked there and learned lessons on other group forums (at least not official and I thank God (literally) for that fact). I was banned from two Pink Floyd forums (I still blog on David Gilmour's official blog and he is a cool dude) and a Rush forum. I spoke my mind on certain on a few topics and it offended some but I meant every word I said. Before they banned me I told them to take the Fleeting Glimpse and Rush Forums and shove it because I had resigned. I didn't know that no one was allowed to quit being on the forum and claimed I was banned. However, I did rejoin under different names. It will take them awhile to ban me but if they do it proves there will always be discrimination towards mentally challenged people.

If you are truly about integrity & such..
its an idea, I hate 2 see anyone discriminated.

I don't think you can get nothing of it if you take it to the court. World just hast too much unfairness that one person can't make the difference,that just life.

You can also think about whether you have something to do about that ban.

Thank you its not easy trying to be understood......one of the things that annoys me is when I have emailed people and written to them only to recieve NO reply or corrispondace hence why I have taken the measures to go public......

I am considering legal action, and that may include nationwide Press too.....

well, my kid's an aspy. but, are they sayin' you only came here to make trouble? i haven't seen any of your posts; i do know the asperger mind set, though. hope it gets worked out. for what it's worth, you have my sympathies...
