Good question...

Well, I'm a mom to 2 daughters - ages 13 and 20, 3 cats, and one puppy dawg named Bandit (my baby boy). I'm happily married and living near Charlotte, North Carolina. I'm originally from the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area. I worked for 15 years in hospital laboratories as a Medical Laboratory Technician running all those tests that your doctor orders on you. I quit the insanity and now work in a physician's practice for 3 internists and 4 pediatricians, running their in-house lab.

I used to weigh 278 pounds. I had gastric bypass surgery in October 2007 and have lost 98 pounds. I have about 20 more to go. It was the best thing that I have ever done for my self and my health.

I've been a Genesis fan for almost 30 years. My favorite album is Trick Of the Tail, closely followed by Selling England By the Pound, Wind & Wuthering, and Genesis (Mama). My favorite song is Dance On a Volcano. LOVE IT!

It's hard for me to pick a favorite member. I like them all for their contributions to this band. I have an affinity for guitarists, since I also play guitar. I lean more toward Tony though, because without Tony, there would be no Genesis. I be hangin' with da Banksians! ;-) And yet - I will always find Peter Gabriel to be incredibly intense and sexy - so I'm part Gabrielite too.

I did draw that image at the top of the screen. Everyone autographed it for me in Pittsburgh. (Daryl signed his in Milwaukee 2 weeks earlier). I gave each of the guys a framed copy of their own likeness. I'm really proud of that drawing and what I went through to get copies to the boys. :-)

I have always wanted to be a commissioned artist, so I've been building my portfolio. I have a website at DeviantArt. Please check it out! I do photo-realistic graphite, color pencil, pastel, and ink drawings and portraits. I do take commissions, and maybe someday, I'll be able to quit the day job and finally follow my dream.
