Why pay £42.50 plus booking fee etc to stand and talk to your pissed up mate in a really loud voice while Radiohead play Videotape?
Says it all really! I hate these gigs. We travelled a long way to see Radiohead last night and we had to constantly move in an effort to find somewhere where my wife (of average height) could see, but that was also moron free. Unfortunately it took most of the main set. Great band, great gig, but 20% of their fans are complete idiots. I just don't buy the argument that these big outdoor gigs (like Genesis last year) are only done reluctantly as the best way most fans can get to see them. I've do… Continue

I'll be laid up on the nursing home until the powers that be say I can take care of myself and when I can find a place to live. The economy, the way it is (and here in Washington it's tougher than a lot of places) makes it hard finding a place I can afford. At least I have my laptop and my Genesis records.
