For a long time "Vancouver" and "The day the light went out" were really rare for me (I mean, impossible to get!). I nominate "A call to arms", will we ever hear a Genesis version of that?
The video for 'Match of the Day' is rare that's for sure. Phil Collins can't even remember if they filmed one but rumour has it that one does exist.
Before the box sets, I thought "Match of the Day" was rare.
What about 'Pennsylvania Flickhouse' - it exists but only in acetate - but maybe by now it has been transferred to digital audio to preserve it, possibly?
OK, not a Genesis track really, but rare, certainly.

Certainly Genesis had a designer to create the costumes but it seems most probable to me that Gabriel must have come up with specific ideas for each design. Of course, it would be interesting to know who the designers were and how they collaborated with Gabriel. Seems to be little information in this area as far as I can find.
