I don't think you can get nothing of it if you take it to the court. World just hast too much unfairness that one person can't make the difference,that just life.
You can also think about whether you have something to do about that ban.

I am BANNED from the Official GENESIS forum WHY?
I must bring this to your attention because I feel that although the Official Genesis website webmaster and the executive Maria Costa have been made aware of the recent news about my diagnosis they continue to appear discriminate against me and my disabilities.

The Request for Live Photos
Considering I am banned from the Official site I do still recieve emails from there,,,,,the most recent of which was an email requesting LIVE PHOTOS.
A nice idea with regard to Genesis doing this, but I think the real ace would lie in Photos that they have in there OWN archives, and in the archives of people like Robert Ellis...
The real thing Genesis should do is involve a fan who knows which tour a photo might be from so that the photo credit is correct along with the time line.....something… Continue

- Folks its always a pleasure, I must add that these photos were aquired over a period of 4 years through EBAY.... and although I have either given them away or re sold them they live forever on my pc backed up in my spare hard drive......My favourite is the one of Tony Mike and Phil in the control room at Fisher Lane Farm.....

Thank you SO much for sharing all those amazing promo-pics of the guys :)
It`s so cool that they are so big that you actually can print them out on A3-paper and hang them on the wall ( I actually have done that with the Bruford-pic, Steve-pic (where he plays the Stratocaster), and the Tony-pic (where he sist on the chair). I have framed all three - and it looks really cool!
