I'm a 26 year-old animation and music enthusiast. My favorite songs are by the band Genesis and Phil Collins. I've listened to Phil and the band's music since around middle school, but just became a fan this year. It's hard to really describe how that happened, but I just knew that this was the best time to get into the fandom and experience it, especially with album anniversaries coming up.
Prior to getting into the music fandom, I followed cartoon shows for many years. Many people who've met me through the shows I've watched, know that cartoons have been a huge part of my life. One specific animated show I enjoyed was Jimmy Neutron and the love/hate relationship between Jimmy and his neighbor/rival/secret crush Cindy Vortex. Over the course of three seasons, they went from arguing to finally admitting their feelings and even sharing a kiss at the end of the series. The adventures Jimmy and his friends had were amazing, the comedy was awesome, and the show overall was one of the best.
A spinoff called Planet Sheen will air later this year or early next year which follows the comedic character Sheen Estevez to a new planet where he'll meet new alien friends and conquer a villain. I'm quite excited for the new show and can't wait to see what develops.
I'm still somewhat new to the Phil/Genesis fandom, and hope to learn a lot from the veteran fans who've been around longer than I've been alive. :) I was too young to attend most of Phil's solo shows and Genesis' concerts, so I've got some catching up to do.
I have a fansite and some projects I am currently working on. I will provide more information on them soon!

First day on this community!

I have a few blogs already, but hey, I'll write on this one here, too! I'm Brittany, but you can call me DJ Libby if you want to.
