Wanted: Lead vocalist and keyboardist for Grand Parade!
Lead vocalist: high tenor / low alto lead vocalist. The band may consider working with two singers if one or both play other instruments, such as flute or keyboards. Must be comfortable singing lead and harmony vocal parts.
Keyboardist: capable of playing the music of Genesis (Banks) and Yes (Wakeman). Must be able to work out his / her parts based on selected live or studio recordings.

10/23/09 And then there were three...
Vocalist Roey Ben-Yoseph and keyboardist Brian Harris have decided to leave Grand Parade to pursue other musical and personal endeavors. We are very thankful for the time and dedication Roey and Brian have brought to the band and all the great performances we have had the pleasure to share on stage. Both leave the band with our friendships intact and we wish them well in the future.
The remaining members of the band have decided to continue if we are able to find the right people. We are also considering broadening the range of music the band plays to include both Genesis and Yes. Please pass the word to any musicians you know who may be interested.

Please join us for our farewell concert with keyboardist, Brian Harris
Saturday, October 10th, 2009 at Shank Hall in Milwaukee!

Brian is an exceptional musician and a great friend. We wish him well in his future musical and personal endeavors. Finding another keyboard player for a band like Grand Parade may take quite a while, so don't miss this show! Steve Tomczyk of Myriad-Music will provide lighting which should prove to be quite the spectacle!

We need your input on the possibility of a Grand Parade playing a special Theater Show in the Spring of 2010!

Over the years, a number of you have enthusiastically suggested that Grand Parade put on a full theater show open to all ages, along with various things such as enhanced lighting, two drum kits, premium package option, etc.

We'd love to be able to put put a show like this together, but we need to know your opinion on the idea to ensure we can make it happen. So, we've created a survey to let you tell us what you want!

The survey will only take a couple of minutes to complete and includes questions about when you would like the show to take place, price, which Genesis song you'd most like to hear, and an area for any other comments you'd like to make.

UPDATE - due to an unexpected scheduling conflict, the Grand Parade April 11, 2009 show has been moved to The Chicago Loop in Streamwood, Illinois (about 2 miles away from the original location - Chicago City Limits).

This show will feature the entire Foxtrot album as well as several other songs rarely performed by Grand Parade. For more details, including the full song list for this show, see the Grand Parade web site
