Genesiswiki - An encyclopaedia of song references.

The scattered pages of the Genesis songbook.

From Egyptian monarchs to Elizabethan manuscripts; from Greek mythology to Groucho Marx; from James Bond to Emily Bronte, Genesis-wiki collects and elucidates the often disparate references in the Genesis (and solo) songbook.

When posting please include only one reference per post so that additions and comments about the particular reference can be contained within a single thread.

Just to keep things nice and neat I suggest the following format for the entries:

Song title (and album):
Lyric: "..."
Reference summary (a short description):
Source(s) (links):
Image(s) (links):

Make sure a reference doesn't already exist before you add one! You can browse or type a keyword or song title in the search box at the top of the page.
