To me a Trick of the Tail was ok. I do like Los Endos. Wind n Wuthering was a much better. Wind n Wuthering lyrics were good , production exellent, and Tony keyboards were brilliant. The album by far is my favorite.

Tresspass was a great album but not fully realised. Gabriel's voice was still reflective of his blues heros and perhaps better for it. The innocent love songs are great - something that can never be recreated. I Love the albums that followed - more than this, but it would have been just as good if they had not chnaged direction.

Wind & Wuthering was released during a real turning point in my life (I had just fallen hard in love for the first time, but that person never knew it, or rather, never acknowledged it). However, for sheer Genesis weirdness/brilliance, I have to pick "The Lamb." I listen to it the most out of all of them. But really now - they're all great, including some things on "ATTW3" and "Duke" until the dreaded Abacab.....and after that, folks, they lost me. (Except for the brilliant "The Brazilian" on IT - which reminds me of a Simple Minds instrumental).

If I had to choose a favourite, it would have to be Selling England by the Pound. Closely followed by Nursery Cryme - both albums are sheer magic.

Hi everyone...I thought I'd come by and hang around here since I've always loved the older Genesis albums since way back in the early 70's. Everything from Foxtrot through to Duke is played often at my house. I was blown away by every one of these albums on first listen and they still blow my mind.
