I know what the track is and have it! oh Yeah but i want your suggestions just add a comment, im interested and if you ask i'll tell you! Thanks!!!! GENESIS ARE THE BEST
Nothing anymore, lol! What do you have?? The Light? Bye Bye Johnny? Watcher Of The Skies with the different vocal melody? At one time, back in the mid 80's when I started collecting, there were LOTS of hard to find and rare things but now with all these box sets coming out you pretty much have everything! Bootlegs are the way to go for the things mentioned earlier.
One might say, anything that's never been heard outside the Genesis camp would be the rarest...whatever that may be! Presumably there must be something... :-P

there is only 1 live recording of it no studio version or anything just one live recording and ive got it of course its been copied from cd to cd which kind of ruins it. ive got it on a rare tapes album and its good the recording quality isn't good but its good not going to tell u the name tho
Come off it Phil, only Mike and Tony know what the rarest Genesis track ever is as they are likely to have a few things that have never been released. I have a few unreleased rehearsal jams that never got developed further and I know there is a quadrophonic track recorded around ATTWT which has never been released. You might as well tell us what the track is that you are referring to because its more than likely that it is very familiar to most serious collectors otherwise we might think you've made it up.
How about paying alot of money for a "reunion concert " and seeing the three of them dancing to that awful song on stage at Giants Stadium ...tough to watch as a Genesis fan of the " older era "...never expected that.
"It just came out of nowhere, blindsided me! 'I Can''t Dance,' one of their biggest hits ever? Who'd have even considered that possibility for a second?" I mean, c'mon...it's definitely one of my least favorite Genesis tracks but I never thought for a second that they wouldn't play it. Too funny! ;-D
