I think they gasped they're dying breath with Duke. Actually,if you REALLY want to get "technical" I think they died after Wind and Wuthering. Gabriel era rules supreme though and I agree with bobmusic05!!!! ENOUGH SAID!

FALSE.

Anything they do is pure magic to me. I love all the different sides to their music, and because I enjoy all the different 'types' of music they do, I never grow tired of my favorite musicians. LONG LIVE GENESIS! :D

Totally false.
They did what all the greats do
They reinvented themselves and explored new territory
successfully I might add
ATTWT is one of their best albums

False they changed yes maybe not for the better but they did the music they wanted to do and still gave us bits of their past with songs like Fading Lights and Driving the last spike. And during the last tour they played a lot of songs that us true fans really enjoyed with just a bit of the poppier songs. I would take Invisible touch over any of the popular music out there today so even their pop was decent.

If they hadn't of gone into pop people like me may have never even heard of them. I was hooked with Invisible touch and worked my way back only to find myself enjoying the earlier works much more.

FALSE !!!!

I'm an all eras fan. I love all the albums this band has put out. There was such variety in their music. The songwriting stayed solid all through the band's career and different line ups.
